REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, but i want you to be happy with your order.

Because items are made and sourced with care, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.

if there is a problem, please contact me without 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so i can help resolve it.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will gladly offer:    replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund if necessary.

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once your order has been shipped, i am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, i will help you file a claim and work toward a solution.

PREORDER/RESTOCK ITEMS

Items marked as preorder or restock will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.  Delays may occur due to shipping carriers.
